A 3rd party back ground check for employment found a warrant for a MIP from almost 20 years ago that i didnt know that I had. I live in Nashville Tn now so going back to take care of it was out of the question for me. I called Bruce and he was more than happy to help. Skip ahead about 6-8 weeks. Charges were dropped and I never had to appear.

Tom is a great attorney. I am an attorney but I primarily practice in Wood County so if there is a case I do not feel is a good fit for me, I refer those cases to Tom. I I know he does good work, cares, and is reasonable.

Save thousands and go with a court appointed. Will tell you all his credentials, in my case as soon as he got the money I received 4 texts , the last two where “ Im running late” second “ not good” showed up after telling me it was an easy win to “ just plead out” mind you I was not in my car when I was arrested 1 hour after a minor fender bender in a parking lot at work. What a waste of money. I was nervous and followed his advice . Now I have a permanent record . Thanks Bruce.
