“Recently attempted to get in touch with anyone from this place three times. After finally receiving a call back, I was on speaker phone and the audio was atrocious and the person on the other end didn't even tell me who they were or who they were with, just said that they were "returning a phone call" and then hung up on me after 17 seconds because I was confused.”
