Josh has made the legal process easy for me with rental properties. Evictions, legal processes in other issues, and has always taken the time to walk me thru any do's and don'ts to keep me out of trouble. Whether I send a question to him late in the evening, or leave a message on voice mail, I never have to wait very long at all for a response from Josh. Highly recommend Josh Nolan.
