Top notch in customer service and superb representation. Processes were explained thoroughly, my concerns and outcomes were heard and respected. I never felt pushed to file or do things, in fact when things may not be fruitful that was expressed to me, appreciated. My calls and emails were always promptly returned, I never felt in the dark.
