Poor communication and lack of responsiveness from staff
“They have not kept me in the loop, I have been waiting over a month now for a settlement that's should be a slam dunk. I have been waiting for 3 weeks on them getting documents from a provider. All My calls go to voicemail and when the finally respond the case managers have attitude because you want to know why it's taking so long.”
