Although I was surprised that the attorney I requested was not available upon arrival, Kevin turned out to be awesome… He was very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend Kevin Urtz.

Don't utilize if your small business. They don't focus on you. They work hard on their bigger clients where they can make a better profit. I paid in full, when I called 8mths later, Mark told me I would be better with another firm. Take heed!!

Fantastic! My experience with the dealership and the vehicle they sold me was horrendous, and I was not going to leave it alone. I started looking into Ohio lemon laws, realized my issues fit the requirements, and I found the lemon law attorneys. At first, I was just filling out an online form to get information and they contacted me. They assured me I would pay nothing and if I accepted any settlement, the dealership would have to pay the attorney fees. Well, I got much more back in my settlement than expected and the dealership had to pay. It was great, fair, and reasonably quick process.

The fact that this guy keeps trying to make himself look like a good business man, he aint. He has this ability to turn off his humanity in sake of $$$$$ :) They will ask you are FAR too much info to even speak to anyone, if you like being poked and prodded before you can even speak to someone about your issue, this is your place!! You have to fill out an online form.... they literally ask you for your social security number on the form. The "legal" secretary even put this in the email " I will review it and send you a link to schedule an interview if I think we are a good fit. " Good fit?" I called back and made sure she knows that I dont think as much of them as THEY DO! What a joke. I still think this guy is the last person I would give my money to, but, I changed it to a 5 star rating because the Lawyer followed up !! Here is what he has to say : "Trent, I can appreciate your concern about some of the information I request. I respect your prerogative to not disclose certain information. If you would like to schedule an appointment (yes, even a free telephone consultation), I need a great deal of information about you and your case. The more information I have about you and the other party, the better I can understand whether I and my practice is a good fit for your situation. The more information I have regarding your personal identity, the quicker and easier I can spot potential conflicts of interest which is an ethical requirement. Your financial and employment information allows me to quickly assess my willingness to take on your case and how it may affect your potential case. Yes, I am saying that I may not accept representation of someone who does not have a job or means of paying my fee. My services are not cheap, and are certainly not free. However, this normally doesn’t dissuade me from accepting a free consultation with someone. However, in conjunction with some understanding of their issue, it may lead me to decline a consultation. For example, if someone tells me they are currently unemployed, but have a hearing coming up in two weeks, I am going decline to give them a consultation. It is more for them than me. There is a week or so waiting list to get a free consultation with me right now. I would rather that person know that I am unlikely to represent them, and begin looking for other representation. This business model has worked well for me for some time, but I appreciate your concern and will address it to a certain degree. I will put a disclaimer on the form and will give you the same disclaimer: If you are unwilling to give me any of the requested information, I will still consider your form.
