I cannot express how satisfied with groth and associates I am! Allison was the exact attorney I needed in my case and I am so grateful and thankful that I found her. The service, results and outcome of my case were better than I could've ever expected. If you don't read the rest of this review please take away that Allison and this firm are a 10 out of 10 and if you need an attorney, youd be doing yourself a disservice by settling for anyone else! My story starts with me being out on a Friday night. I was pulled over and suspected of drinking and driving. And as a concealed pistol permit holder I had a firearm in the vehicle. I was charged with OVI and a felony firearms charge. The following day, I began calling around and speaking with law firms. I called 4 or 5 offices and was given almost the exact same "carbon copy" effortless and non caring rehearsed speal by every single one them! As I was explaining the details of what happened they'd cut me off and say "alright so what I can PROBABLY TRY to do is get the felony firearms charge dropped so long as you outright plead guilty to the OVI, anyways before we go any further this is my fee and I'll need half of that upfront before I look into your case"! Thank God I called groth and associates and spoke with Allison before I settled for less! Needless to say she was the last call I made and I know she'll be yours as well! As I was explaining to her what happened, she was receptive and responsive, she was taking notes, she identified mistakes made by the charging officer before she even confirmed me as her client!!! I had spent hours getting more nervous and feeling low before speaking with her. And it wasn't until I got off the phone with her that I had felt any sense of calm and optimism! Fast-forward! Before the case began, she did all the leg work in getting me driving privileges to work, kept me prepped and informed, and made me feel like I had someone truly on my side who wanted the best for me and was going to work hard to make that happen! And oh boy did she deliver!!!! Felony firearms charge -dismissed! OVI- reduced to a reckless op. Year of license suspension - reduced to half at 6 months! And cherry on top....... The charging police department were ordered to return my firearm to me!!!! And oh by the way...... She charged less than a third in total fees than any of the other attorneys I spoke with!!!! I cringe at the thought of what would the outcome have been had I not gotten in contact with her! I cannot thank her enough and if you find yourself hemmed up and nervous about what happens next, my literal first piece of advice is to get in contact with allison at groth and associates!!!!

Allison did an excellent job assisting a veteran that had a situation due to disability. The veteran in turn was able get his job back and back on the road with no further restrictions. Thank you!

Allison Groth was such a a wonderful attorney. I was really afraid after I got my OVI and she was so helpful. For a very reasonable one time fee she took care of everything. No extra charges for phone calls or extra court appearances. I've told all my friends and family how amazing she is. She's the best attorney I've ever had. Also the outcome of my case was way better than I expected. One of the very best lawyers in Toledo.

I contacted Allison Groth to help my son with a traffic ticket. He was in a bit of trouble because he had missed his court date, and that worried me.
