It is never an easy situation working with lawyers but Aaron Misthal and his team made the experience pleasant and remedied each situation very well. I would recommend them for multiple legal needs.

Great staff always there when you need them.

I went to them in 2018 for my car accident case, and they did a great job. The attorneys are great to work with, and the staff was very helpful. I'm really glad I went with this law firm, they got me the best settlement I think I could have received, and they treated me like they really cared. Will definitely recommend.

Hired Stephen Groth for a Criminal Case in 2013-2014 facing life in prison on 2 felony charges. After paying $15,000 as a retainer and $2,000 for a PI (strongly recommended by Groth) we found his services to be ineffective. After promising to contact witness, he did not. He claimed he would prepare a trial again, did not. To top off the experience he sent me a text saying "Your method will fail and you will spend life in prison. Nearly? 99.999 percent. Your "IDEA" while maybe well intentioned has sent you into this. There is no arguing this on Tuesday. You want a trial? I dont want your trial fee. 65 years of experience told you this for 2 hours yesterday." On trial day, Groth had refused dismissal and claimed (what I know now to be a lie) that the Judge will only revoke my bond and I'll sit in jail until the matter is resolved. After telling him I want to go to trial then, he further stated he did little to no investigating and that I have to enter the plea. Also, that if we go to trial I will lose and my daughter will grow up calling someone else daddy. In short, Groth was unprofessional and a criminal for what he had done to me. Online his "Client Reviews" give him 5 out of 5 stars. It sickens me to know that Groth is still practicing law. Lastly, I am looking to criminally charge Groth for said acts, if anyone has had this or similar happen to them or a loved one please contact me so we can help build a case together. Thanks. I give him a one star rating only because I have to in order to post.

By far the most knowledgable and easy to work with real estate attorney in NW Ohio. I have known Jim for close to 20 years and have done several transactions with him. He has assisted me with land contracts, cash for keys transactions, eviction notices, and more. Each of these services were explained clearly to me and well thought out by his team.
