John Polofka and his staff made my Social Security Disability appeal as pleasant as I imagine any dealing with the government could be. It was obvious to me in the entry interview that Mr. Polofka knew what he was doing, and that he was analyzing the legitimacy of my claim. Once he accepted my case, Mr. Polofka's staff was in contact with me immediately to make sure I submitted all the necessary documents to ensure a quick hearing. Mr. Polofka followed my case close enough that he was able to get the hearing date moved up 4 months. At the hearing, the judge gave me two options regarding settlement of the Social Security claim. Mr. Polofka's advice was instrumental in my decision. Once I made my choice clear to the judge, the hearing ended and I learned of the decision within a couple of weeks.
