My husband and I hired Scott to creat trust accounts for us. He did an excellent job. We were both impressed by his knowledge base of family law, in conjunction with his compassionate personality . Scott answered all of our questions. He was able to convey recommendations in an easy to understand way for us as lay people. We will definitely continue to retain Scott for any future legal matters, and we can't say enough good about him.

This man has vast knowledge - if you need an attorney talk to Scott, see what he has to say ... chances are real good, you'll be glad you did. He did not help me as a bankruptcy lawyer, he helped with me with a very different issue that took place 16 years ago.

We were being sued by a private student loan lender who had previously refused to negotiate an affordable monthly payment on my loan. I fell behind in payments, my credit was damaged, the credit of my co-signer was damaged and I was overwhelmed. They agreed to an affordable monthly payment for services, Scott and his team went to work and within just about 8 months we had a settlement that both sides agreed upon, he saved us thousands of dollars not only on the loans but also in lawyer fees. This was also during a pandemic mind you. I highly recommend their services.

I started working with Scott Ciolek and his team in 2017 when my company and I were involved in intellectual property litigation which had been mishandled by previous counsel. I was in a very difficult and seemingly hopeless spot after a default judgement order over a discovery dispute resulted in a total loss. Scott reviewed a very complex situation, quickly put together a sound plan and charged forward. After nearly three years of heavily contested litigation all issues were resolved in a very positive manner. Scott always communicated very well, explained very complex situations easily, offered calming advice during a very stressful time and was very fair with billing.
