A few words about my experience with Schaffer & Associates. My initial discussion was with Marilyn Levine, clearly an intelligent and experienced attorney. After our meeting she had me talk with Laura Wilson their Social Security Disability specialist. After reviewing my case they thought they could be of service to me and that they could help. Laura did a wonderful job through two appeals and a hearing. They were able to achieve what I needed and it will make my quality of life vastly improved. I knew I was in very qualified hands while Tom handled my workers comp case. The occurrence surrounding my injury was very traumatic, life altering, and stressful. Knowing that the legal end was being taken care of by such an attentive and extremely competent attorney made all the difference. Would give 10 stars if that option existed.

I came to know Tom Schaffer almost 3 years ago due to a Workers Comp case through his prior firm. When Tom started his own firm there was no question that I would continue to have him represent me !! Through a very long and trying case, Tom and his staff have been my saving grace. Tom never let me feel defeated or undeserving by my prior employer. When they fought Tom fought harder. I have always felt well informed on every aspect of my case. I was always treated with respect, not like I was just another number. Tom always checked on me and made sure my family and myself were doing ok. During this pandemic I still felt taken care of and reassured that all would be ok. Tom won my case and after 3 years of endless hearings and zooms, a surgery and PT , we have triumphed.
