I hired Rose Mock for my divorce case and let me just say she really talks a big talk during the consultation. Rose is impossible to get ahold of, I went weeks of trying to contact her cell phone, her office phone, her via email, and texting her personal cell with no response. She just sat there during court letting opposing counsel run the show doing nothing to help me. Rose made empty promises to me with what seemed to have no intent of her attempting to make them happen. It was to the point where I was speaking to numerous other lawyers for consultation and none of them were surprised when I explained this to them. I couldn’t even get ahold of her to terminate her services. Would not recommend retaining Rose Mock. I’m sure she will come back with something saying I was the problem as she has in previous bad reviews, just know I have never left a review in my life and wouldn’t if I hadn’t paid her so much money to do what seemed like nothing.

Not impressed with my service from this law firm. Staff not trained well and unable to answer simple procedural questions. Statements made at the consultation were not realized. Was told my case would not require full retainer and I would most likely get some portion refunded. A simple case with minimal meetings, one filing and one court hearing nothing was refunded. Was told she would advocate for me and I ended up feeling I was only advocating for myself.
