My wife and I worked with Charles (Chuck) after our twins were born through Surrogacy. Going through the process was very extensive and tiresome, but we finally had our babies. Come to find out, we missed a step when it came to Birth Certificate paperwork, and had a very short deadline. Charles did a fantastic job of staying on top of our issue and really came through for us. I would recommend.
