My family and I were in the unfortunate position of having to settle my Mom's estate.(without a will) The Hedges & Yauch team, Beth, Joel and especially Carma, she worked very closely with me. When Dad passed without a will and Mom needed to complete documents for herself, Beth Yauch and her team, Carma and Joel, made everything so simple and easy for our family. Beth even sat in the car with Mom to go over her papers so that Mom, who struggles with walking, didn't have to make a trip into the building. Everything was carefully and thoroughly explained, and any questions we had were addressed immediately and in full. Greg and I also completed our own end of life documents with Hedges & Yauch, LLC, and we couldn't be more pleased with how easy and affordable it all was. We would definitely recommend Hedges & Yauch, LLC, to anyone needing legal services.

Beth and her team (Joel and Carma) could not have done a better job at representing me during my divorce. Even with covid restrictions, my case was taken care of in an extremely timely manner and was super cost efficient. Their team was professional and personal in the best ways. They stayed in contact everytime something new was happening and after every paper was filed. I even recieved a refund after my final decree! I hope to never need a divorce lawyer again, but if I do, I know whose services I will be using!
