Has good advice and polite got right on case very nice staff and very nice waiting room.every time I call I get to talk to my attorney and he is courteous and listen to what I have to say very pleased and feel confident that they will do their very best to resolve my problem.

I run an organic based lawn care service in Troy, OH and recently had to deal with a client non-payment issue. Andrew Johnston was my attorney and handled the situation very well. From the beginning, he was helpful and I was confident he would take care of the issue. He explained the different options I had with our budget in mind. Ultimately, I left those decisions up to him because I trust he would do what was right for my business. I came away from this positive experience feeling good that not all lawyers put their firm's needs above the client.
