Hired him because I was told he was great at what he did. Was horribly mistaken after spending $5000 and selling my home to do so. After 6 months I've lost my job (was told it is what it is when I informed him of this), gotten all the jail time he told me I wouldn't get after not having even a traffic ticket, ever. They are extremely hard to get ahold of and sometimes take days to get back to those they represent. My advice, hire a different attorney.

Terrible law firm. They don't listen to client request. DO NOT LET THEM REPRESENT YOU IN A CHILD CUSTODY CASE. We were only seeking visitation rights, and the other side offered visitation... maybe if they were free. I later learned our counsel should have said, we will take the three days but let us be SPECIFIC. 1 day in this month, 1 day in this month, and 1 day in this month, each year, AND make it part of the adoption decree as a post-adoption visitation schedule. [THIS FREE ADVICE I GOT IN 5 MINUTES FROM A STRANGER was worth more than the THOUSANDS i sunk into this firm, for them to tell me, do you wan to take or leave their offer that doesn't guarantee anything and isn't ENFORCEABLE]. It was too late for our family though. Why didn't our lawyer advise us? Also the COUNTY CLERK recommended this firm when I asked for advice on who has a good relationship with the court because we were in a different state. Pockets in Pockets. I had seen one bad review, but believed the clerk. I don't know how I didn't see all these other terrible reviews at that time.
