Ms. Kolich represents my team on cases related to different state regulatory matters in areas we serve. Ms. Kolich has not lost a case or has settled cases before going to hearing. She is an outstanding negotiator and relates extremely well with people. I am not an attorney and Ms. Kolich has a way of explaning things in layman's term that are understandable. Ms. Kolich is trustworthy and is willing to take the necessary time to handle any issue that may arise through the course of a case - even working weekends or late into the evening.
