In 2020 I was going through the most painful and serious ordeal; I was facing up to 22 years in prison and was sitting in jail. I had two lawyers prior to hiring Chris that did absolutely nothing for me. They never provided discovery, comfort or even communication. There is nothing worse than an attorney that won't communicate with you or acts like since they got your money you are of no concern; I couldn't even get a plea offer after sitting in jail for 4 months! When I found out Chris was willing to represent me, I actually cried in my cell because I was so relieved to finally have someone that cared. Chris was able to get me a plea offer in 1 day and I was sitting in Court with him the very week entering a plea. Chris fought extremely hard for me at sentencing against a relentless prosecutor and was able to portray me in a good light even though a lot of my behavior was wrong. His ability to communicate in a highly efficient and common-sense manner to the Court really impressed me and, in my opinion, moved the court. I have used Chris' services since 2015 and he is without a doubt the most skilled and personable lawyer I know. If you don't hire Chris Bucio when you are in e legal jam, then you are only shortening yourself and your future.

I spoke with them early this morning about my loved one and by my lunch break I had a phone call saying they would be released. Chris was exactly the intimidating representation we needed while still showing compassion towards an incarcerated Veteran who was being treated unfairly over a 25 year old failure to appear that he was unaware of.
