I give Kim Atkins 5 stars because, she took on my case asking for a protection order against my ex husband. Kim took my case on with no questions asked pro bono at that! Thank you Kim

Hired her to help me write up a living will. She did a fabulous job and was so informative. This was a sensitive and very crucial matter. Now my family can feel at ease.

Our family has recieved outstanding legal representation. Atty. Akins actively listens to her client and advocates passionately on their behalf. I have directed many of my family and friends to her for family and domestic matters, such as grandparent visitation. Grateful for her representation personally on an incident of attempted extortion! She was fierce! The matter was resolved! I also witnessed how she navigated in municipal courts for a criminal case. Skillfully and with integrity, she successfully had all charges dropped.

Kim Akins is an awesome lawyer. I hired her to help a student of mine who was facing expulsion, and she cleared time in her schedule to meet with us the day before the hearing. She also managed to get the hearing pushed back, and attended the hearing. She was instrumental in allowing him return to school, and continue his education.

She is (in my opinion) the worst lawyer in Youngstown Ohio. Apparently does not understand Domestic Court proceedings, or what is important at trial. I lost my appeals case because I "Waived my Rights" due to a lack of testimony. I am an electrician. Not an attorney. That was why I hired Kim Akins. It has become a very costly mistake.
