Awesome attorney. I simply contacted him with questions regarding a contract I signed and he advised me the issue is something I can deal with on my own without spending money on an attorney. I’m definitely keeping his phone number should I ever need any legal assistance.

I was at a loss as to how I could get help with the issues I was having with a builder. I was referred to an attorney with real estate/new build experience.
Mike Fortney is that attorney, and his expertise was very beneficial to me.
He took the time to explain all aspects of the law regarding my case and gave me insight as to what the outcome would be. He always kept me in the loop with issues, and he answered my questions.
