Eugene was never thorough in reviewing and reading my case and/or documents. He failed to notice many additions and errors the opposing attorney slyly added to documents. He lost against the easiest of issues due to being ill-prepared for our proceedings, There was very minimal advocacy for me against the opposing attorney. It was almost as if he respected the opposing attorney and/or was good friends with the opposing attorney as to not make oppositional attorney upset. We all have one friend that we don't want to upset and it appeared as if the case were handled in this manner. Upon losing the simplest of cases, he then made it seem as though I should be grateful for his services. I'm distressed for mishandling and errors. The outcome could've been the same, plausibly better, to walk into the court room with Pro Se Representation. Should I ever need to return to court regarding this case, I will seek out other legal representation who is valiant in the courtroom regarding my rights and who will heartily advocate for me. To say the least, I am very disappointed in the legal outcome negotiated by Mr. Elias.

As the president of a small corporation, Mr. Elias has helped us on multiple occasions, from the small questions, to much larger issues that a corporation runs into from time to time.

On 5/11/09 my first son (Preston) was born. Immediatley his mother became very unmotherly, and started a self destructive life style. I turned to our Yellow Pages and found a slue of bloodsucking Attorneys who never listened to my grief, but only offered typical weekend visittation, and were interested in how much $$ this Da Da could come up with! Then I found Mr. Elias! Gene, as I now call him. This Attorney was a God send. He took every phone call, and counseled me emotionally, and legally. And I had'nt given him a Dime. This went on for 3 months. I ended up hiring another Attorney from Akron. In the process the Attorney from Akron took me through, I ended up with 1 hour a week of supervised visit @ $90.00 and hour. I was devastated. So I went back to Gene, and paid him a retainer fee, before my second hearing. He went with me to my second hearing and against all odds, I gained full custody of my son!
