Amazing is the only word that comes to mind when describing how well he took care of my tax issue. Over 61k reduced to just under $100. Will recommend to anyone I hear that has a tax issue

In September of 2020, I contacted Josh. I had an issue of back taxes/penalties that I had been dealing with for years. Unsuccessfully, I might add. Make no mistake, it was a problem of my own doing. The IRS was after me for over $120,000. I was in a payment arrangement that would have lasted forever. Josh was able to devise a plan that worked for me. He was able to get over $100,000 written off. I paid off my IRS account this month, and am finally free of IRS debt. A very good feeling. Yes, I had to pay a portion of what I owed, but I feel it was reasonable and manageable. I had talked to other tax services before hiring Josh. The usual promise of, we’ll get you off with paying almost nothing. The old saying applies here. “If it sounds too good to be true, it isn’t”. Josh was honest and professional. His office staff, in particular Brad, were quick to respond to my question and concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh to my family members, or use him again myself(I’m not repeating my mistakes though). His fees were both fair, and worth every penny. I give this Law Firm a 5 star rating. I'll say why. I was very much in trouble with the IRS. I recieved several letters in the mail from different lawyers. For some reason I choose J.M. Sells Law, Ltd. My first time calling, I was giving a free consultation, letting me know what my options were. They never pressured me into calling back. Actually, I talk to other attorneys . But I was sold on J.M. Sells. I was so stressed out, thinking the IRS was going to take everything from me. I was assured that, that wasn't going to happen. And it didn't. I won't go into full details. But I assure anyone, I'm no longer stressed out. These guys helped me and I'm so grateful to them. I will recommend this firm to anyone!

Fantastic work! Mr. Sells accomplished in less than 60 days what my last tax attorney did not accomplish in more than 2 years. For several years, I believed that I could work directly with the IRS, but that turned out to be very frustrating and pointless. The IRS has an unending supply of form letters and a very opaque process. Most notably, every past due amount that I paid was subject to continued demand letters, even when I replied with detailed proof of payment and delivery to the IRS collection unit. Most interestingly, I was given 10 days to act, but they required 90 days to reply, with a standard additional 90 days, apparently because they were busy. And do not even think of calling, unless you have no plans, because my hold times were over 2 hours before I disconnected, And will the assistance of Mr. Sells, that is all in the past! I highly recommend his work and J. M. Sells Law, Limited of Wadsworth, OH, if you find yourself in the cross hairs of the Internal Revenue Service. There is no better law firm for dealing with the IRS!

I would like to say that my experience with Attorney Sells and his office were absolutely amazing. Josh was great to work with from beginning to end and was very responsive and easy to work with. The thing I was most impressed with was how honest and up front he was in the beginning, and at no time did I ever feel pressured.
