I hired Curt to review a prenuptial agreement that was drawn up by another attorney. I found Curt to be very knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Curt reviewed the document and pointed out a couple of things that could be issues down the road. He was professional, efficient, and friendly, and so was his secretary. I wouldn't hesitate to use Curt again if the need arises.

Mine is a child support/possible child custody case and I cannot begin to put into words all that this man possesses! I am absolutely astounded. His education/knowledge and track record speak for themselves! He understands and respects my fears and concerns and is not a "whatever happens, happens" kind of lawyer; he will not allow his client to feel bombarded or bullied by anyone or be hit with "surprises" in the court room (I've had a couple of them in the past). He goes above and beyond to gather every single piece of information available (not just "enough") and he is attentive to you when you speak to him or ask him questions. It definitely helps that he always makes it a point to get back to you no matter how busy he is; I have NEVER felt left in the dust when I need him! I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so, as I sincerely believe he stands for something good and just; something this world needs a little more of.

First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Attorney Bogen, as he has been very helpful during my long and, shall we say, tedious divorce. That being said, I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone seeking legal advice, trial litigation or even divorce proceedings. Curt, was not only understanding of the process, but he tediously worked out details that could have otherwise, been over looked; in my opinion. His exemplary high standards and work ethic provided encouragement and eased fears I had possessed prior to each step. I had, what I thought would be, an easy child support case. 13 months & 5-6 court appearances later we were still battling (every case is different). Attorney Bogen was AMAZING. This weighed heavily on me all year, every court appearance I became more anxious & wanted to quit - every time Bogen reassured me & reminded me "let me handle this, this is my job." I interviewed 3 attorneys & hired Bogen, one of the best decisions I have made. You can imagine how heavy his case load is with more detailed, profitable cases yet he was always attentive to my needs and concerns. When I needed reassurance, he was there. He didn't make me feel like I wasn't important. I wasn't just a number or just income for him. He listened & he fought for me. Attorney Bogen was professional and didn't lack in any details in my case. He is honest & tells you straight forward, he will not sugar coat anything to make it sound good. I personally witnessed how respected he is among other attorneys and the officials in the court system. His confidence is unmeasurable and it shows. He knows what he is doing. His office staff is just as courteous and kind. I saw the late hours they put in to be prepared for their cases. I met Curt before I hired him for my custody case. He was a customer for the company I worked for. Immediately I got the impression that Curt was a man who enjoyed his job, because it was not really a job it was an opportunity to help others. For years I have been a victim having my daughter used as a tool to punish me(like many other fathers) . One day I was working and was dispatched to a call for Curt Bogen no big deal just another service call. I guess I wasn't my normal talkative self that day cause he started asking me how I was doing, I replied good. He then said how about outside of work like he was really concerned, so I opened up a little and explained some of the things that have and was going on. There is no other attorney in the state of Ohio that could've have handled our case like he has done. Our case was quite complicated to say the least. I had recently moved from Georgia to the state of Ohio. But yet I needed an attorney that could help me with New York Child Support. For several years New York Child Support was stating that I owed 80,000.00 in child support. Which in fact I had only owed 1616.00.It was a very complicated mess to say the least. So I needed an attorney that knew the laws in 3 different states being that Ohio, Georgia and New York was involved. Trust me when I tell you, it was not an easy task. Attorney Curt Bogen was the only attorney that had the knowledge to handle this case. He worked so hard for us and put many hours into this case. It ended up that Curt Bogen had won our case for us. It was a case that no other attorney could've handled. Curt Bogen also helped us with emergency child custody. Being that I'm the dad, that's not any easy task either, being that the mother always gets custody before the dad. It was yet another complicated battle.
