I hired the firm Barber, Kaper, Stamm, McWatters & Whitlock (Attorney Steven Maloney) in 2019 to handle a political dispute in which I was facing unjust charges which carried potentially serious consequences. Steven was a beacon of hope to myself as well as my family at a time when our options appeared questionable at best. Not only was he able to defend me from these unjust accusations, but his calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional succor to myself and those I cared about most. I would also describe Mr. Maloney as competent, attentive, very responsive to my calls/messages, and reasonable in price. They handle Fulton county hospitals bills and will harass you to no end I wish the hospital would have came after me with the so called HELP papers the way these ambulance chasers came after me for the bill one weekend in CCNO and now a sever garnishment almost to the point to where I can not feed my family but who cares my bill is being paid from a visit 8 years ago unless you need a cut through lawyer please steer clear I'm sure they will take you for what you have and some I never in my life heard of people going through such lengths to collect a hospital bill wow just wow I guess when u are such a small firm in such a small place thats all you have to do must be bored. Still coming after me in 2020 from a bill from 2012 they weasel their way through the law.
