I attended a seminar Nick gave in Fairfield. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as his calm personality. I needed to have my will and trusts updated. He is very good at explaining things. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. I can highly recommend him.

We researched local attorneys and sought recommendations from our bank and friends. We ended up interviewing two that specialized in Trusts. Nick took the time to explain the complete process, that it would require work on our part to insure our assets were titled correctly. Specifics we had concerning grandchildren were carefully and explicitly covered in the Trust He was very upfront on what the costs and deliverables would be. We wanted to make things as clear and easy for our successor trustees (children) to handle and an attorney that would be there to help them identify what was required. Nick's process was very thorough and insured that we understood all aspects of the Trust and related documents including a very organized Trust book with an introduction that outlined each section in plan English. We recently reviewed the Trust with our children and the book made it very clear to explin how the Trust was structured and their responsibilities. Nick, clearly exceeded our expectations.

We met Nick at one of his free seminars. We liked his professionalism. We decided to meet with him to further discuss our situation. We are glad we did. Nick completed our Estate Planning and set up a Living Trust for our grandson, due to the recent death of his mother. He brought a lot of things to our attention that we would have never thought of. He did a thorough job and was very professional and efficient!

My wife and I called Rosenbauer Law when she had a medical emergency. We had procrastinated getting an estate plan done for YEARS and we had no idea where to sart. I did a Google search since I didn't know any attorneys. I was nervous at first, but Nick and his staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with. He also moved around his schedule to make sure we could get our documents in place before my wife's major surgery. Nick went into great detail and questioned me to learn exactly what I needed and laid out a plan that appeared to the exactly as I delivered. The documents were very neatly prepared and each was fully explained before placing my signature. I was very satisfied with the overall experience.
