Rude and condescending tone to a question I asked. I don’t understand how hard it is to just be decent in a response when someone is seeking guidance. People ask questions because we aren’t lawyers or attorneys. If I had the knowledge than I obviously wouldn’t have asked my question. There is a way to give advice without being rude and insulting to someone.

Very rude about how she responds to a question. I asked about a garnishment of a tax I didn’t owe and she basically told me to shut up and pay it anyway.

Absolutely rude to a question I asked I asked if there was anything I could do because employer did not take enough taxes out. Her response pay your taxes ins read of worrying why it was not taking

Kaye handled my late father’s estate, which included a will as well as a living trust. There were also 5 separate IRAs, one of which had no beneficiary, so Kaye had to prepare and file something called a Qualified Disclaimer so my siblings and I wouldn’t experience a nasty tax hit. In addition to handling the probate and trust administration, Kaye also prepared my father’s final 1040 return, as Dad’s CPA had retired suddenly right before tax time due to a sudden heart attack. She also prepared and filed the income tax return for the estate. Throughout this whole process, Kaye did an excellent job of communicating with us, keeping us informed of where we were at in the process and what needed to happen next. We were extremely pleased with her thoroughness and professionalism and I would definitely recommend her services to my friends.
