I needed a defense attorney for what was basically a bogus claim from an ex. Still though, the situation is very stressful and I needed someone to explain the process and what to expect, I got attorney Ross Parton. Ross not only didn’t explain much, he acted like I was guilty of something the entire time, and he spent more time talking himself up and over inflating charges than actually explaining anything. Ultimately it was dropped in court by my ex because she had no proof of what I was being accused of (because I didn’t do anything) but i still got charged as though Ross himself got the case dismissed, which he did not. I highly recommend staying away from Ross Parton as a defense attorney, he’s out to make himself look good, not help his clients

After an exhaustive search for a divorce attorney, I spoke with Christopher Tamms. He took nearly an hour of his time both on the phone and in person on three occasions before I hired him. If I had gone with another attorney, he would have been out any compensation. His demeanor was very approachable, and he seemed very competent. I appreciated his knowledge of financial matters related to my case. As the case moved on, I never felt like he was too busy to take my call or answer any questions I had. Ultimately, my case was mutually dismissed after a year. I expected that my retainer would have expended, but I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Tamms advised me that I had a refund. Hopefully, I will not need Mr. Tamms services in the future, but he would be my first call if that situation arises.
