Mr. Tamm’s is one of the best family law attorneys in Ohio! He fought to make sure my kids were in a safe, loving, environment all the while being honest with me about the reality of my situation!! If you want someone who will be honest with you and not sugar coat your situation, this is your guy! I was hesitant at first because I didn’t know a lot about Mr. Tamms but after our first meeting, I knew he would be thorough and honest and fight for what is right!! It’s not too often you find an attorney you can trust, but Mr. Tamms is very trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to family law! He has many years of experience and knows the law and in my case, he was spot on with his predictions so I didn’t have to worry about surprises or have to suffer any “let downs”! If I had to do it over again, I would most definitely hire Mr. Tamms! His office is located in a nice area, easy to get to, and it is organized, clean, and very tidy! He made himself available to me anytime I called and if he was in court, he would return my calls ASAP! He is flexible when it comes to his retainer and isn’t just out to take your money! He truly cares about his clients and made it so my children could rest easy at night instead of fearing the unknown!! He gave my case 110% of his attention and made sure I understood EVERYTHING that was happening! I have told many other parents that are in a similar situation about my experience and so far, I am the only one with the most favorable outcome! I have gotten used to saying, “you should have had my attorney,” to many friends and after hearing their outcomes, I truly realize how blessed I was to have gotten Mr. Tamms as my family attorney!!!

Chris Tamms is an excellent attorney who worked diligently for me. It is important to develop a rapport with your attorney since you will be talking with him regularly. He provided sound legal advice and worked tirelessly for me throughout the process. He puts his client’s interests first and communicates regularly with other attorneys even when they don’t respond in kind. He does not nickel and dime you but rather charges fairly for his time. He is compassionate-his clients are not just another number. I’m truly grateful that he was referred to me to provide counsel through such a difficult process.

Mr. Tamms fought for me and didn't let opposing party or counsel bully me into anything I did not want in my order. I've had 3 other family court attorneys through the years. My other attorneys were well known, had commercials on the radio so I thought they would be great, but they were not good at all and charged ridiculous amounts for poor work. Mr. Tamms on the other hand was so much easier to work with and so competent in comparison, it put me at ease. His rates is fair, not high, not low but fair and his work is exceptional. I couldn't find a better lawyer than Chris. He's truthful, upfront and knowledgeable. He helped me with complicated interstate child support case and did an amazing job. He was very responsive and communicated every aspect of the case. I would highly recommend him. Bonus: not only he will provide you with great representation but he is also very honest and efficient which will minimize your cost.

I highly recommend Chris as an attorney of child custody, and I feel very lucky that I hired Chris after reading good reviews about him on AVVO. Here are reasons why Chris should be your attorney as well: 1.  Responsible and communicative: I do not live in OH. All communications between Chris and me are through emails and phone calls. Nevertheless, Chris worked hard for me. Sometimes I get his prompt replies even in mid nights. He never set my case to low priority due to remote connections.  2. Experienced and knowledgeable: Chris is very knowledgeable about child law and he explained jargons with patience. With his guidance, I successfully transferred legal documents from another state into OH. There were several times the negotiation went into stalemate, Chris could always come up with decent solutions for both parties. 3. Adapt to changes fast: unfortunately, my case became more complicated when OH changed Child law last year, then this year Covid-19 slowed down the process in the court.
