I payed in full 6 weeks ago and still have not received a release of lien while my wages continue to be garnished. Reported to BBB as well. Steer clear of this office at all costs if you can help it.

This attorney never filed necessary paperwork with the city of Cleveland for my ex-husbands debts. Years later there is still a lien on my property. They refuse to move to action quickly despite the debt being satisfied and his name no longer being on my property.

Talked to Gus Perez on the phone about qustions on tax offset letters. Rudest most unprofessional phone call ive every been on and hung up on me. He said he can turn my cash into russian rubles and maybe that will allow me to pay my bill...WOW

Recieved a letter from them in the mail saying I owed the state of ohio for a prior year. I called them to ask for proof that the state of ohio has hired them to collect a debt the guy on the phone was very rude and started to call me dude and man like a middle school child which made me question the debt even more he refused to send me any proof and said there's nothing I can do to prove it to you and hung up the phone. This place is very unprofessional either it's a scam debt or they just hire teenagers to try to collect what they claim are tax debts

Dealt with their office for a tax offset issue with the state of Ohio. The first guy I talked to was very threatening the entire call and told me I had to set up a payment right then or he would put me in for refusal to pay and find other ways to make the bill more Important to me (good luck bud, my credit is already a joke lol). All I was trying to do was find out how much I owed and what it was for as I had no indication from the state as to what the tax offset was for. I called back and talked to a different gentleman who was very polite (Which I'm sure was a good cop bad cop deal as he already knew I talked to someone else). He gave me multiple options and scenarios and told me this years offset hadn't even been credited to my account yet, so if I would've paid the current amount due as the 1st guy demanded I would've ended up over paying anyway. The attorneys might be great but their collection services are no different than any one else
