Mark was very professional and always kept me up to date on my case. Mark was incredibly helpful and a calming, steadying influence at a very stressful time. I was hit head on by a driver who failed to yield. My car was totaled and I experienced significant neck and back pain for some time. Mark came to our home the day that I returned from the hospital and calmly and patiently explained our various options. He stayed in close contact throughout the process and provided outstanding legal advice all the way through the final outcome.

There are many aspects that make Mark Barbour a great choice as an attorney (and a person!), but I think the top 2 are his awesome personality, and his desire and willingness to make a bad situation better. Even outside of issues which involve personal injury/wrongful death case issues/matters, Mark makes people feel that their rights, questions, and concerns are all important. In that regard, he goes out of his way to do whatever it will take to help as much as he possibly can. Mark treats his clients with respect and importance (and always has), and in this day and age, I truly believe that is something that a client wants to feel. In my experiences with many "types" of attorneys, Mark is one of the very best. He doesn't have an arrogance (which I know some people stereotype attorneys as), and is one of the most approachable attorneys I have encountered.
