My bank recently froze a large amount of money from my business’s checking account in error. I couldn’t get anyone at the bank to give me a straight answer, it was incredibly frustrating. I hit a point where I felt like the money was gone for good and the bank did not care about helping me. Stephanie was relentless going from department to department at the bank until she got answers. In less than a week, the bank (that wouldn’t take my calls at corporate) apologized about the situation and unfroze my funds. Stephanie made me feel like I wasn’t alone in the fight and got results on top of it. I highly recommend using her.
