After several office visits and numerous emails back and forth, it definitely felt that our case was purposely being drug out to pad billing hours. Many balls were dropped, and numerous promises were not kept. After extremely scaling back our needs of legal work, my elderly mother had to wait in the lobby for over half a hour because the paperwork we requested was not ready and, in my opinion, hastily put together. Many other law firms offer elder law attorneys, and we are now redoing all the paperwork again because of the inept legal services we received. Oh, and the $1k final bill was the cherry on top that we really appreciate from out of nowhere.

The staff here are extremely helpful, patient and compassionate. I highly recommend utilizing their services.

Extremely professional. Specialize in Medicare/Medicaid. The lawyer I talked to was very personable, really listened; and had concrete answers. More lawyers than I realized when I first went in. Not finished with my issues, but feeling much better about things. Only downside- probably because I am not used to prices nowadays; be prepared to put out 400 dollars and hour. So come organized and prepared.

Used Schraff Thomas Law because Geauga Dept of Aging uses them. They were to update my grandfathers will - it had been some time and we never received a copy in the mail. I called to get more information - long story short - they were rude and did not give me anything to work with - they were untimely and did not offer any guidance. I am a young caretaker but I have done my research and was attempting to do the right thing to include his children in his will.....had to get another lawyer involved and now I am paying for the services either way. At least we have an ethical will now that is also filed with the probate courts - ZERO THANKS TO YOU FRIENDS AT SCHRAFF THOMAS - I have made a facebook post and have called Lake & Geauga County to recommend other law firms.

Does not know how to spell conflict of interest

They have a wonderful and well deserved reputation. They are a pleasure to deal with and are true advocates for their clients!
