Disappointing Outcomes and Lack of Transparency
“David based my case on his emotions and not facts!!! He never cross examined the main witness (Excavator) on his reputation and canceled two depositions to improve chances of us winning! In my experience hiring him, David did not represent what was in front of him and killed my chances to get reimbursed of my losses!!!”

Unresponsive and Dismissive Attitude
“if i could i would rate a -0 i called in about custody qestions about gaining custody of my kids and we have spoke in the past and was rude when he called me back didnt even want to take my case bc conflict of interest but did not need to be rude.. glad to the other people who got their kids back but sad to see a lawyer who pushed away a mother who is fighting for her kids whom are doing self harm and making threats of wanting to commit suicide!”
