My husband and I would like to thank Vadim at Next Home Experience for helping us buy our first great home. I've never met someone so patient and compassionate about their job. It took me a year to finally make up my mind on what I wanted. When we were finally ready, it took him less than a month to move us in to our dream home. My husband and I couldn't believe it. He helped us throughout the whole process, never lost hope and always there to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend him for any home buyers or sellers. This man knows his stuff and he will always look out for your best interest. If anyone is looking for an honest and down to earth realtor who knows this market, then you have found the right man, trust us you will never regret doing business with him. Special thanks to Carma Godby at NextHome Experience, for helping us find our new home. We looked at a LOT of houses, after each house we discussed what we liked and didn’t like. That helped Carma get a better understanding of what we really wanted in a house. She monitored all new listings and invited to see the ones she felt most met our needs and she helped us find the perfect house! Since we were looking at water front houses on Buckeye Lake, after showing us houses, she would take us out on the lake in her boat so we could see them from the water too. Her background knowledge of the lake was extremely helpful as we were trying to decide which area would best meet our needs. She also guided us through the buying process clear through closing.

I wish I had the option of greater than 5 stars, but I guess I will have to settle with typing what an awesome experience we had with Lane Caviness and the Next Home Experience team. My husband and I have worked with a few realtors in the past and we had no idea how awesome an agent could be until we met Lane. He was always professional, available to answer our many questions, provided unbiased advice and never led us in the wrong direction. He walked us through every step of the buying process and was so patient with us as we navigated through the difficult Columbus market. I will always recommend Lane to any family member or friend looking for a house in the Columbus area.

Caroline Shroyer is AMAZING!!! She was on top of things from Day 1 through (and beyond) closing. I am so thankful for her organization and efficiency. She provided a summary sheet once we had most of the days identified for both our buying and selling sides, so that we could easily recall when things were due and set to happen. She was very responsive to questions or concerns we had, which made for an extremely smooth process overall for us.
