This is our landlord! My grandparents lived in his place for about 10 years & we moved in as their caregivers for the last few years before they passed! Anytime there has ever been an issue, he has addressed it immediately & even put brand new windows & all new kitchen cabinets in! When my grandparents died he let us stay in the house & has been great with us for the past 7 months too! He's very fair & an extremely nice guy!

Mr. Hrabcak was super-helpful on numerous occasions. In 2020 I had a potential issue with a landlord not returning a security deposit and he said I could use him if I needed to. Luckily the landlord did her thing and got the deposit back to me. A few months ago I was involved in an accident and he gave me sound advice related to that as well as to a hospital-related issue. He was honest and upfront even though it took time from his busy day to give me the truth. He also advised me about a situation involving a relative and compensation/HR-related issues and, as it turned out, his advice was correct. If I ever need a lawyer in the future I'll definitely call upon him!
