I reached out to Mr Hraback regarding a dispute over a residential real estate escrow agreement. He responding to my inquiry in less than two hours. He listened to my description of the issue and asked to look over the documents. He reached out to me the next day, and gave me several courses of action ranging from simplest/cheapest all the way to offering to represent us if it came to that. I found him to be extremely respectful, attentive and honest. In the end, the issue was resolved without the need of litigation. I feel that much of that was due to being armed with Mr Hraback's professional advice. I hope that I never have the need for legal services again, but I would strongly recommend Mr Hraback & Co immediately to anyone in need.

Good - at taking your money. Call after call needing a 'remind me what's going on" as you pay to recap multiple times what he should have written as notes. Gave great confidence in our case for us to pay him, drained down the money asking the same questions over and over again, and then with nothing changing in the facts of the case becomes a "well, not so sure this is a good case". This was a pretty basic case - his opinion of the case shouldn't have changed after 10 phone calls. No new information was introduced.... just paid for nothing.

Be careful of Mr. Hrabcak. When you set up a consultation with him make sure you know the fee amount or you will get a surprise invoice several months after your meeting even if you do not go forward with his services. You won't even need to have signed a contract or had an agreed upon fee amount. Actually you won't be told you were going to be charged for the initial consultation so do do yourself a favor and ask first - don't assume this person is a nice guy. He's not. You will just get a nice big fat bill and continued harassment until you pay it. To add insult to injury you will be billed for useless information given to you at the time of your initial meeting with him.
