Jim is the most straightforward, honest, impartial professional I have ever worked with in the family court system. He functioned as the Guardian ad Litem in a custody issue, and I'm so glad that I found him. He truly worked toward what was best and fair for all of us. I highly recommend him. I have seen first hand the damage that biased or corrupt so-called "professionals" in the family court system, whether functioning as Guardians or Magistrates, can do to a case. Jim brings the type of professionalism, empathy, and directness that helps make the situation better. He's able to be objective and fair, but also has empathy for your point of view. I have met none better for a Guardian ad Litem than James Pardi.

Jim intimidates witnesses, ignores facts and by no means keeps the child’s best interest as the priority. Not sure how he sleeps at night.

Very professional and very knowledgeable about his practice. In my own personal opinion I’ve learned from him what I should expect from any attorney in this practice of law. Jim Pardi, is anything but a swindler, hes the consummate professional who takes his title of Attorney or GAL extremely seriously. I had Jim as a GAL and read the reviews, I was like no way. Then I met him and realized he is what every GAL should be: 100% focused on the best interest of his ward (our kid), yes, Jim will tell you, your child is his ward and Jim will ensure that the child's best interest are always first. Jim was worth every cent, his attention to detail is second to none. If you are not comfortable being told what your flaws are and willing to embrace his recommendations, as they are made with the child's best interest, I suggest you give up custody of your child as Jim would never ever place his ward in a situation that wasn't best. If it's not what you want as a parent, listen and implement the changes that Jim will recommend, I promise you, show him you're willing to look in the mirror and be a better parent and you will have no problems with Jim. I'm a single dad and we all have the thought that the courts favor the mother, if Jim Pardi is your GAL, the only thing that matters is his ward, he doesn't show any bias and I would suggest you never BS him because he will call you out, be honest, own up to whatever mistakes you may have made in life and show who you are now and who you will continue to be as parent to his ward, you'll be pleased with the results.

I retained Jim for a marital separation and dissolution in 2015. it was a complex case but Jim handled it fairly, successfully and professionally. Since then Jim and I have remained in contact and he is "my legal guy". He has given me solid referrals when my issues aren't in line with his specialities. He has offered simple advice when I need it without billing me by the book, and he has even advised me not to hire him for a situation because it wasn't the best route for my success.
