Phil Harmon represented me on an important case involving the Ohio Open Meetings Law. Phil took my case from the lower courts all the way to the Ohio Supreme Court, where we won! Our victory in the Ohio Supreme Court brought greater transparency to all levels of state government. (White v. King, 2016-Ohio-2770). As a result, I was honored to receive the 2016 Champion of Open Government Award from the Ohio Newspapers Association. I am grateful Phil Harmon was my lawyer and I recommend him highly.
