Absolutely don't use this guy - can't be bothered to answer a question or talk to clients after he collects your money. He didn't even have to go to court or do anything for us since our eviction tenant moved out.. didn't ask for any money back or anything like that , I just wanted one simple question - but can't get a response . The whole process leading up to filing was terrible too, no communication , no answer or follow up etc.

TLDR at the bottom I hired this guy twice for an eviction, first time was ok although he seemed like he barely knew what he was doing, however we got the eviction but i gave this tenant too much time to get out and ended up not going all the way through with it afterwards so i hired him again to evict the same person a 2nd time and this time he really showed me what an unprofessional sleezball he really is. First i asked him if the original eviction was still valid to which he told me no and that id have to start over, fair enough. Filled out the new intake form and paid the $ and we were on our way, i posted to notice and to court we went except this time the tenant used the free legal representation and that attorney pointed out that the eviction was not the correct kind of eviction for my particular situation, so i get to the courthouse and schlegel calls me and tells me to turn around because he had to drop the eviction and file for the correct type of eviction (missed half a day of work for this so even more $) The tenant later tells me that he told them that i lied to him when in reality he just made an assumption about what type of eviction it was and never asked me anything. Anyway schlegel calls me a day or 2 later in which i said the f word once while i was on the phone with him, not even directed at him, even knowing he called me a liar in the courtroom when i wasnt there, i never brought it up to him but now that hes taken my money and hasnt returned any of my calls in a month i have some choice words i wish i wouldve called the guy. I shouldve known just by the way the guy talks that hes not to be trusted, look out for him using cheesy lines like youd hear from a sleezy lawyer in a TV show like "this will be a slam dunk" i didnt think people like this actually existed but heres one of em. If didnt think id lose more $ by missing work than itd be worth to go after this guy i would 100% be pursuing legal action against him. Hopefully this review helps someone avoid this guy and save their $ but just a word of advice if you do decide you wanna hire this guy dont pay him up front or he might just decide he doesnt need to deal with you and keep your $ TLDR this guy is very unprofessional and will throw you under the bus to save face then run off with your money without doing the job you paid him for and never return your calls.
