Do not use their services. They mean nasty and rude. I tried to explain my situation on the phone and the guy hung up. They services are useless their people are mean nasty and rude.

I was given misinformation prior to a court hearing and their return call back time is 24 to 48 hours making actual communication difficult. We played phone tag for a few weeks and the information I was advised to request was inaccurate causing me to lose with no legal representation. I do hope this was a singular case.

Gathered extensive personal, private information from me, only to then decline to assist me. Whether or not my case met their criteria could've easily been determined without my ssn and other irrelevantprivate info. Didn't bother to direct me to any alternate resources either. My advice, don't waste your time with them...go to the law library and read, read, read to find your solution.
