In 2010 I found myself being charged with 6 felonies. I had never even had a speeding ticket and didn’t know the difference between a felony and a misdemeanor. I literally chose Attorney Smith at random out of the phone book. He not only met me for case discussion but also made sure to keep every meeting and/or scheduled meeting with the police, as well as attended every court hearing. In the end, my original charges (6 felonies) were all reduced to 1 Disorderly Conduct, a 4th degree misdemeanor. To say he is anything but a Godsend would be an insult. I will recommend Attorney Smith to anyone who is looking for an attorney and I will not hesitate to call him if need be in the future. Thank you for genuinely caring for your clients and not just practicing for a paycheck!

Ross represented me years ago for a criminal case and to say the least he got me a deal that i thought was impossible!! During that case he even went to lisbon and got a driving charge dismissed for nothing!! This man ran into my mother and sister and she had her 2 children with her at apple bees he came over said hello to them as a professional does then when my mother went to pay the bill she was told he had paid it already!! I would recommend him to anyone i know that needs the best and hes the only attorney i will use !! Hes a beast and cares about his clients and their families!! Ross handled a speeding ticket for my daughter. He got the charge reduced to a non-moving violation, zero points and minimum fine. He also arraigned it so that she did not have to appear at the hearing. Very reasonable rate. Nice guy to talk to. Highly recommend.
