Dan is a great attorney! I highly recommend Dan.

Incredibly bad communication. We engaged Mark Lavelle and he ghosted us. We tried contacting Mark Lavelle on numerous occasions over multiple weeks via phone and email regarding a time sensitive issue. He did not return our calls or emails. He also refuses to provide direct contact information and filters all communication through his secretary. He literally does not take phone calls or emails. The silver lining is we discovered his inept legal prowess prior to his actual representation. Don't waste your time on him because he obviously feels his time is wasted on clients.

I decided to switch attorneys shortly after filing for divorce and I’m SO thankful I did! I wish I would have retained him from the very beginning. Attorney Lavelle is hard-working, knowledgable and trustworthy. The office staff is amazing as well, they will ensure you’re updated every step of the way.

Unbelievably unprofessional, I’ve never heard an attorney speak to a client the way he does. Did not follow any direction of his client or any of the evidence provided…. Then released his client. Multiple times witnesses took off of work to be at court, none of which he used any of us. Having his client go forward with a custody hearing which he said would be a no brainer and would come out with a win. Opposite. Complete opposite. If you want an attorney who does the opposite of what you’re fighting for then this is your man!! Unreal.
