I got myself into trouble for the first time with the law and with my situation I didn’t know what to expect. Ben walked me through everything and made me feel at ease about the whole situation. He explained things in detail, and it was very comforting because the law is its own language. He was very upfront and professional about what to expect. He got my charges reduced from what could have been a felony to a misdemeanor and worked on my custody case. In the end every thing I requested he achieved for me and it wouldn’t have happened without him.

Hi there!! I recommend anyone to use Benjamin Whitacre, whether it is for a dissolution, divorce, custody battle, or criminal offense. My personal experience was 2023 with a dissolution. He was very thorough and walked me through every step and all of my options. Throughout the process he was honest and upfront about the costs difference and the different steps of divorce and dissolution. He was very professional, open minded and unbiased about the situation at hand. His assistant and him prepared and took care of all of the paperwork and I was not stressed throughout the process at all. I personally have several other close friends that have used him as well and had great experiences so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Attorney Whitacre is the best attorney I have ever worked with. We had attorney Whitacre handling the estate for my grandmother that passed away. We are not local to the area and needed help with someone locally to handle everything. My grandmother had no pending loans or anything to be paid off. She had a will, all her accounts and information was provided, and her house was sold leas than a year after she passed. We are currently 2.5 years since she has passed and we still are not able to get the estate closed. We follow up 1-2 times a week hoping for a response or update but it is consistently pushed off when we get our monthly email response. We have been typically told each month for the last year “there was an error with a number or figure on the documents” and then it will take 1-2 months for a response that the number or figure was corrected. We will then receive another email that another error was found. They have not been very responsive at all and this process has dragged on so long.
