Ben Whitacre is one the best! He gets things done! I don’t know what I would have done without him! If you ever have any legal troubles, this is the one who will fight for you! He is very experienced and extremely professional! He is in the know of all things criminal and domestic cases. Will use 100 times over again!

I've always been skeptical about attorneys always hearing how they are in cahoots with prosecutors and judges. That was until I met ben, I'm not to familiar with this court stuff but I definitely believe what I see and what I seen was a man that barely knew me stood up there and fought for me like I was his family. Hi there!! I recommend anyone to use Benjamin Whitacre, whether it is for a dissolution, divorce, custody battle, or criminal offense. My personal experience was 2023 with a dissolution. He was very thorough and walked me through every step and all of my options. Throughout the process he was honest and upfront about the costs difference and the different steps of divorce and dissolution. He was very professional, open minded and unbiased about the situation at hand. His assistant and him prepared and took care of all of the paperwork and I was not stressed throughout the process at all. I personally have several other close friends that have used him as well and had great experiences so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had attorney Whitacre handling the estate for my grandmother that passed away. We are not local to the area and needed help with someone locally to handle everything. My grandmother had no pending loans or anything to be paid off. She had a will, all her accounts and information was provided, and her house was sold leas than a year after she passed. We are currently 2.5 years since she has passed and we still are not able to get the estate closed. We follow up 1-2 times a week hoping for a response or update but it is consistently pushed off when we get our monthly email response. We have been typically told each month for the last year “there was an error with a number or figure on the documents” and then it will take 1-2 months for a response that the number or figure was corrected. We will then receive another email that another error was found. They have not been very responsive at all and this process has dragged on so long.
