He is unprofessional. When he talks to me, he talks like Sleepy from the Seven Dwarfs. Along with a lot of yawning. Does he not respect me because I am Japanese? When talking to my father-in-law, a white male, he was normal.

I can say that Kevin Van Horn will be on your side whether or not he believes you deserve it he will immediately go in for whatever is your best interest if it's to trial he will do the extra work before even mentions a plea deal.
