David Mortimer is a great attorney. He was very helpful in my fiancés case. He gave quick responses and got my fiancé what he asked for during his case. If I would have to recommend an attorney I would definitely recommend David. He’s very nice and understanding.

After contacting David short notice with little time for him to prepare he did his absolute best and it was more than enough. After receiving all the details needed he built a great case and got a better result than we anticipated. I hired Mr. Mortimer as my OVI attorney. David did great work, left no stone unturned and listened to all my concerns with the case. David ended up getting my sentence drastically reduced and I was even told by the judge how great Mr. Mortimer did on my case! Highly Recommend!

I hired David Mortimer because I heard he was the best in town, I contacted him as soon as my situation became a problem and he was very helpful. My case ended up doing from a F2 charge to a M1 charge, I’m very satisfied with my results and plan to hire him again in the future for my legal needs.
