I found myself going to court due to my own actions. Mr. Whitacre was so congenial and reassuring on the phone, discussing the outcomes thoroughly. My court date went without difficulty and the most positive results were obtained! I am so very thankful to Ben for his guidance. I hope not to need assistance again but if I do, I have his number handy!

I've always been skeptical about attorneys always hearing how they are in cahoots with prosecutors and judges. That was until I met ben, I'm not to familiar with this court stuff but I definitely believe what I see and what I seen was a man that barely knew me stood up there and fought for me like I was his family. And with that being said I would like to thank you once again ben for all you have done I know it's your job but this was my lively hood on the line thanks again man

I got myself into trouble for the first time with the law and with my situation I didn’t know what to expect. Ben walked me through everything and made me feel at ease about the whole situation. He explained things in detail, and it was very comforting because the law is its own language. He was very upfront and professional about what to expect. He got my charges reduced from what could have been a felony to a misdemeanor and worked on my custody case. In the end every thing I requested he achieved for me and it wouldn’t have happened without him.
