“In March, when I finally got a call back, Ryan Owens told me my issue was NO problem. He said we'd have it resolved by the end of April, easy. Now it's mid-July and I'm told I have to go submit forms myself OR sign an Engagement Agreement with them and pay a hefty retainer.”
