I will give this lawyer a 0, he dropped the ball and causes so much troubles and lives been destroyed by the decisions he made were All wrong and unjust. Lord Have Mercy. That's All I can say, so wrong and money hungry lawyer that steals from clients and failed to do his job, and he sold me out to the other party lawyer his friend and got my husband and I granddaughter taken from us and her mother on July 25, 202, without any probable causes just theirs' lies.

I contacted Mr. Ratcliff regarding a lien release on a mortgage filed 38 years ago. He was prompt in advising me about the situation, even making the effort to reach me after his regular business hours were done. That is service hardly witnessed in today’s society where dollars come before the customer. I will definitely utilize his expertise again when legal advice is needed. Thank you Mr Ratcliff for responding so quickly to alleviate my anxiety with my dilemma!

April is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PERSON to go to!! Do not go to her!!!!! My ex husband beat me all the time I finally left him and thought I had someone on my side but nope I was wrong she forgets court dates and forgets paperwork that should be filed. She is beyond forgetful and this is exactly why WOMEN stay in an ABUSIVE marriage!!!!!! I'm going to the news about this!!! That company is ok with women abusers.
