Attorney did not know the case, assumably from overbooking cases. He booked himself in two counties at the same time, always calling from Tulsa to reschedule, costing both parties a day of missed work and the attorney fees for the day. I was an opposing party and his questions helped my case more than his client’s. A circus!

If you are not in control of your case and have not done your research he is of little use in the courtroom. Also, you might want to get very close and inhail through your nose, especially before a court hearing in which he is representing you. Not insinuating anything or committing defamation or slander however it never hurts to have all the information and sensory data you can before going into a courtroom. Ask for a continuance and find another attorney if needed.
